ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
In the spirit of efficient, expeditious and non-technical resolution of disputes as envisaged in article 159 (2) (c) of the Kenyan constitution. We have successfully mediated disputes involving our clients. This has afforded our clients an opportunity to restore business trust and confidence to both local and foreign. Our success in ADR is attributed to the fact that two of our partners are accredited mediators.
